The main issue is that I want to watch Netflix on my tv not a tablet screen or a mobile thats why I want to sort it out.

Hi,
Thanks for the advice. It did work, but it is a recurring problem and I don't want to have to restart my Sky Box every day. Any other suggestions?

Hi please can you escalate this issue for me too. I've never had a problem with this before but it has suddenly started happening in the last week . Many thanks Karrie

So use a TV app or a firestick.
Or possibly a tablet to HDMI

Yes, and for some like me it's never happened. They haven't said (afaik) what causes it but it seems pretty random.

This is not something an escalation to the Messaging team will help with. If you read the post (post 2) currently showing as the answer it informs us that it should be fixed in the next software release. Sky do not announce in advance when the rollout of updates will start.

We have had this problem for the last few weeks you cant watch something your paying for which is a rip off, when i put the mini box on in the bedroom or conservatory it comes on straight away, it needs fixing fast, sky is a rip off anyway
