Netflix has changed to Spanish for no apparent reason.

I was going to use my Netflix and noticed it had lock signs on all names. And the wording was in a different language. I changed my password to get in and now all programs are in different language. How do I change this.

Not sure this will help @Martine1282 as it sounds more like their account has been hacked.  There's a thread somewhere on how to get into an account that is locked - I'll do some searching and report back.

Sounds like your account has been hacked, hence you are locked out.  This should get you back in control again:

Netflix hidden menu

  • Go to the Netflix app on Sky Q and on the screen with the random profile press the following buttons on the Sky remote to open a hidden menu:

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up,Up, Up

  • Get the email address that the hacker used from the "membership" (Miembro) tab.
  • Get the the service code from the "contact us" (Contactarnos) tab.
  • Then contact Netflix via their Live chat who can then log the hackers out of Netflix on your sky q box, reset the email address associated with the Netflix account back to your own email address, and send a link to reset password and PIN numbers on the Netflix website.
