Netflix has been renewed and works on devices but not TV. It is in Spanish and won’t reset

Netflix account was reset because of a card change causing payment issue. It works on all devices but not TV. The icons are in what looks like Spanish and it requests a PIN but it doesn't seem to be out account. We cannot reset in settings either and cannot edit the users. 

any help greatly appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

It's probably been hacked (or was before the reset?) Call Netflix and when they reset it, use a secure password and remove all other devices from the account.
