Discussion topic: Netflix foreign language and locked on main page

Tried to open Netflix on sky q as I pay for it via sky. Get locked profile and in Spanish cannot delete app to reload, nothing works. Have called sky waited 29 mins no answer for them to then say offices closed! Anyone have similar issue?
