Netflix error code: FCA-st-141, TC’s-st-142 Sky took over Netflix since then I’ve had error code

Sky sold me £1 Netflix and told me it would automatically change over. Since then, Netflix hasn't worked on my Qbox. I've spoken to various engineers, asking me to reset the apps, which I've done. I've reset the box, had a new Q box sent, but still the same problem. I then had Sky remove Netflix from their acc - and I've reset the apps and the box over and over again. I even try to reset Netflix through the More Details option when I get the word code - it's not good. Netflix still works on my iPad and phone on my old acc, but I can't get it to work on the Q box, it's months later and I'm so annoyed.  What can I do please?

 

error code varies, but tonight it's showing: CODE: tvq-st-141, tvq-st-142
