Netflix connections not working on main tv connected to SkyQ box

As so many else have the same problem as me.  We have had no Netflix on our tv for 6 days now.  We pay for this and it stopped for no reason. The account is still active and can see on my daughters tablet.  But we want to watch films etc. as a family in the living room, on our tv.  I can't seem to conect to a human to help.  No online stuff helps and tried resetting apps.  All other apps work ok.  Can anyone fix it?  As I want our money back if you can't or I will cancel it.  Providing I can talk to someone.
