Netflix byffering on mini box and remote keeps sticking

Remote in sky Q box keeps sticking, mainly when using voice control. Have reset it a number of times using 7&9 then 1&3 keys. Also Netflix buffers constantly on mini box, sometimes lose volume on that box too even after changing batteries.
