Netflix app will not load. Keeps wiring when being selected via sky remote.

Every time I try to load the Netflix app from my sky remote it will not load. I keep getting the whirring circle then nothing! I have been able to access via my smart tv as an alternative but have just received notification that from 16th Oct my smart tv will no longer support Netflix therefore I won't be able to use the alternative access. How do I get it to load via sky?
