Hi,
I renewed my Sky contract on 24/11/23 and since my Netflix app on my Sky Q box is requesting I add a payment method?
I've never ever had this issue before? My payment has always been taken automatically by Sky.
Netflix don't seem to have a troubleshoot for this - can anyone help?

Hi @OtisRedding
Check Your Account in My Sky in the Q box Home menu.
(Scroll Down to the bottom of the Home menu).
Go to your Account and Package.
If you have Netflix you will see Netflix or Utimate TV in your package.
