So ive had the Ultimate TV add on with Netflix for some time now. Suddenly, ive been kicked out of all my other devices apart from my Sky Q box. Ive reset my password but Netflix is saying I need to sign up to a package. Although im paying through sky. And my the Netflix app is working on my Sky Q box. Anyone know how i can resolve this swiftly?? Im becoming increasingly irritated by Sky of late with various issues.

Do you have the Sky HD and UHD add-ons as part of your Q subscription?

This is happening to me at present did you resolve this issue as I can't fix and don't seem able to speak to a human to explain the issue !
