Netflix account through sky has been cancelled, how do I get the account reactivated?
Netflix website only lets me try to sign up again and pay, but already paying through sky, no other options that I can see. Nothing in the Sky help centre on this either.

We had an email from Netflix confirming it was cancelled. One of the kids cancelled it accidentally.

I would call netflix in the first instance. They're pretty good on the phone.
