when I sign out and back in again, it tells me there is technical issue and that I need to contact you for help with my order. It's not a new order as I have Netflix on my sky account. Seems my account has been hacked or changed when I go into it on the usual app

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
