Netflix account hacked
I pay for Netflix through sky. When I have tried to log on, the language is Spanish, and the four profiles are not us. When I've tried to contact Netflix, our email address aren't recognised, yet we pay monthly through sky.

This scenario comes up quite often and the answer previously provided is that you do need to contact Netflix themselves.
