Netflix App takes a long time to load

I'm having an issue with the Netflix App takes several minutes to load - it sticks on the first screen with the load spinner - it only happens with Netflix. 

If I restart the box the app loads faster but only the first time, so less than ideal (and with the box boot-up time not actually faster).
