I have a Skyq UHD HDR box. After having trouble with my Netflix app on the box I sort help from Sky support.`They fixed the Netflix app problem but I can no longer get the skyq box picture resolution in 2160p 10bit. It only shows the picture resolution in 2160p 8bit. I have a Sony KD-49XF9005 4K tv . Sky sent me a new Skyq UHD HDR box last week but the problem still persists. I don’t know which settings on the Sony tv or skyq box which might have been altered in a recent software update or is it that my tv is just too old to now be able to connect to the skyq box in 2160p 10 bit?
