Hi,
I Need to unlink Netflix from my son’s account.
He has been logged into his Netflix on my Sky Q but he doesn't live with me so we aren't in the same "Household"
I need to remove his Netflix account from my Sky Q so I can start using my own with Sky.

Assuming you have your own credentials and just need to log out of your son's
When in the app Cursor left to highlight the Side Menu bar
Scroll down to bottom line & then across to 'Get Help' One of the options is to Sign out

The sign out option didn't and shouldn't work apparently
so
called Sky
took 37m to speak to someone
he removed my Netflix
then re-added my Netflix
which took him 24mins
created a Netflix account as he did that then logged in.

I am guessing that was to actually switch your SKY account to a new Netflix account rather than just switch the user logged in within the app.

The sign out option should work if your son hadn't signed out and you clicked on his profile picture you should have been able to use the method @nigea99 mentioned
Unless your son had a pin lock on his profile or if he created the maximum profiles where you couldn't create your own profile to use the sign out option mentioned @seandrews that would have signed you and your son out of the Netflix app without the need to call Sky
