@Mary145Hog Providing you’ve cancelled successfully Sky usually send out the returns packaging near the end of a cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q and 14 days for broadband], to the address that the account is registered at.
If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky Ireland again and see if they’ll re-send.

It's for a holiday house and they have sent out the packaging to return but no one there to receive it so it goes to the post office for collection but by the time we get to collect it has been sent back so trying to send back without their packing but can find where to address it to
