After installing sky glass my mini qbox doesn't work even though its installed,error says need resubsribing.

Hi @Bernard+patrick   You cannot have a Sky Glass and a Sky Q subscription on the same account.

As you've switched to streaming then your Q sub is cancelled and Sky will request the return of all Q boxes.

@Bernard+patrick to have a second screen/multiroom on Sky Glass you need to subscribe to whole home and purchase a puck for the 2nd TV which the first puck may be free

Just checking - you have sent your main Q box back when you switched to Glass?

Sky glass uses something called a puck instead of a mini. You have to change that over and subscribe to the right Glass equivalent of multiroom (as above)
