topic: Somebody else’s ITVX account is signed in on our SKY Q ITVX account. I have no idea how this could have happened. I know another thread asked this question but no answer was posted.
Can I delete and reinstall the ITVX app so that I can login using my ITVX account? I can't access the other person's account to log them out as it is asking for a PIN number. There is no option to change the user.

Thank you for everyone's responses. This is now sorted.
Sky weren't able to do anything but turns out the other's PIN was 1234. So I was able to open their profile then sign them out

Afraid that no Q Apps can be deleted by users @VicMit
You only option it would seem would be to contact Sky/

Is the PIN within ITVX itself ? (I am not aware of any PIN within ITVX other than Parental)
Is it possible that the PIN is your SKY box PIN for APPS that is set on ?

It is the PIN within the ITVX app. I assume the other user set up parental controls. I did try my Sky PIN just in case but it was rejected.
I was hoping there might be a way to change users on the ITVX app so I could log back in using my account but it doesn't look like that is possible.

When are you getting the PIN request ?
Is it on launching the app - if so that is a SKY PIN
I have just tried setting a Parental PIN within the ITVX app but I can still log out without using a PIN
to do so I navigated down the Left hand menu bar to Settings then tabbed left to 'Sign OUT'

When I launch the ITVX app, it opens up a screen which shows the profile for 'Andrea'. There is a padlock under the name. When I select this profile, it asks for a PIN number.
I cannot access this profile to try to sign this person out. I cannot find a way to get to any other screen to sign in with my own ITVX account. I assume Sky will be able to force a sign out from this user which will allow me to log back in with my own user account 🤞

Ah - Sorry - I failed to close the app fully after setting my PIN
Perhaps you could try refreshing the apps - is in an 'Engineer's menu' :
Main - Menu - Scroll down to Settings & do not press /Select/enter button at this stage -
then press 0, 0, 1 followed by the enter/select button -
Scroll down to the Apps & Select Refresh

I suspect it will need a 'reset settings' found in the same menu as the 'Apps' iptions above.
Ensure you only select 'Reset settings' and NOT 'Factory reset' !
