You can’t cancel anything via the forum. To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

Re: Need to cancel sky movies

I know but the messaging service is unavailable and I cant do it through the site or app even though it says online I can take things off on that I've not been able to make or receive calls since the beginning of January and I may just have to stop the payments from my bank if I cant find a way to sort it next month its end of contract and it doubles in price and I'm most certainly not paying that

Stopping payments won't cancel it.  I recommend you persevere in contacting Sky.

It's only your discounts that expire, not your contract.

Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. All your TV services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you still can't cancel Movies, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involved a debt recovery company.

You can only cancel by call or messaging.  There is an email address in your contract but you still need to speak to them to confirm.

Sky don't use email, for one reason they can't confirm who sent it and that you're the account holder. The methods have been provided.

No, we're not.  If you don't want to call then the messaging service is the only way when available.

Alternatively you can follow the instructions in your contract via post or email but requires a call to confirm on top.
