Need the Return Address to return Equipment
Hi
I've just moved home and cancelled my sky before I moved. I explained this to sky but they still sent the box to return equipment to my old address so I need the Address to return the equipment.
I was given a link before but it's so confusing and I don't have a printer.
I just need the correct return address that I can write myself to return it.
Thank you.

Re: Need the Return Address to return Equipment
@Phoenix+Nebula
Sky only send out returns packaging to the address where the account was active.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

We can't post the address itself on here.
Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Re: Need the Return Address to return Equipment
Thank you. I'll give it at go although the man who owns the post office is about 100 and doesn't understand the photocopier or tech which is alarming so people don't bother as he's rude when people try to help. Hence asking for the address to do it myself.
But thanks anyway
