Need techician sky q mini not working after all trouble shooting tried several times

Cant get my sky q mini box working have exhausted all trouble shooting several times to no avail

In what way isn't it working and what have you tried already? 

edit: is this the same issue you posted about on 1 August and 3 November whereby both were escalated to Sky but you didn't engage in the chat process?
