Just got new tv and to tune in it's asking for the satalite name. Where would I find this? Looked on setup all it says is 'locked' can anyone help?

Identifying the Satellite would be necessary if you were trying to Tune a Television that has an inbuilt Satellite tuner.
However to do this you would need the Television connected directly to the Satellite dish.
Unfortunately the Satellite tuner in the television will not function with Q Dish LNB

That's what happened before with other tv , unfortunately this one needs me to identify the satalite to tune in. Never seen this before! Thanks anyway.

Hi @Sylv2
That is a message from the TVs internal satellite tuner and not SKY
Just use your TVs own remote to skip and select the HDMI port that your SKY box is connected

Thanks that's probably why it's asking for the name of satalite.
