NOT RECORDING ANYTHING ON SERIES LINK AND IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE TO SORT IT OUT

The series link is not working on anything and it impossible to speak to Technical support which is annoying as we are paying a lot of money for a substandard service with no human back up.  The system isn't easy to use and I do not feel I have had any constructive advice as to how to resolve this.  I am considering cancelling my subscription.

For which you'll need to eventually speak to Sky. 

We don't know what you've tried already so…


Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
