NO PICTURE ON ANY CHANNEL ON SKY Q - SCREEN IS BLANK, ONLY SOUND

NO PICTURE ON SCREEN AT ALL - HAVE REBOOTED SKY Q BOX 3 TIMES  BUT DOESN'T WORK.
