NFL games or highlights not recording

Do you know why I'm not able to record the NFL games or highlights?

@CougarGB no idea, I recorded all 4 games so far this weekend.

Note the Bills game was off -now on 9.30pm tonight.

@CougarGB if othersare able to record then Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

I tried to record the 15 minute highlights of Rams v Lions this afternoon,  when I went to play it it came up with an error (it's not the first time this season that has happened.)

Neighbours  (tv show, to be clear) worked fine

I recorded the highlights of the eagles buccaneers game and unfortunately it worked (I'm a sore loser)
