I tried to watch sky cinema which I subscribe to, a message tells me to upgrade using the red button. Then message already subscribed and code MYSKY_1802 appears.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ? This clears some system glitches. Also it may be worthwhile rebooting your router.
if you have only recently added sky cinema it can take a few hours for the subscription to activate

No This isn't helping. I have skyQ and even when I start cinema on main home page there is a upgrade to cinema option

You have posted in the sky glass / stream forum . You will need to start a new thread in the sky Q sub forum

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you go to the sky cinema on the sky go app can you view films or do you get the message to upgrade on the movie channels. If you can view the films the signal may need to get sent to your viewing card again.
