MySky message saying “we’ve found an issue with your connection”

MySky shows a fault message saying “we’ve found an issue with your connection”
 
It says there is an issue with the connection to one of my sky q mini boxes and unable to connect, but this box and the other mini is working correctly and connected to both my sky q box and sky router and I am able to watch tv and record etc without any issues..
 
I have done all the resets and again still works fine but MySky still gives the same message.. Presume it's an error so I should just ignore if as everything is working fine...

Me too, but my ocd is kicking in. First it was one box now it's both.
