My xtra room box faulty

I've switched on my tv and there's nothing no sound no Chanel's. The message says I have a problem with my satellite signal but only on the xtra room box. The main box is working fine. Anyone else get this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi @Maria25 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

If that doesn't work try a reactivate in the home menu/settings/network
