Same issue here over last hour or so. Requires a switch off to get viewing back, and happens again a short while later.

Totally agree, waste of time trying to contact sky, they are aware of it so let them sort it out.

Viewing card

Viewing card message keeps flashing up on screen then disappears Have done all the usual things eg restarts callback but still happening

Same issue here, I got through to the contact centre, it is a problem they are trying to deal with,  it may take 48 to 72 hours! They said they had sent a signal out whilst I was on the call, it worked for a few minutes, but then same message again and blue screen.

 

Sky should refund people for the amount of hours/days this is causing an issue for, over to you Sky....

gone through removing card, tried wiping and replacing.

Been having this viewing card issue too. Saw that Sky called but didn't answer but I guess it's to do with this issue.

Viewing card issue possibly reader

Please ensure correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up. Like its happening every 5 min on main box today.
