Got same issue. Took card out, put back in. Turned off and on again. No joy. Tried calling but apparently call services are down too...

Just happened to me also.

 

Had to do a cold boot of the SKYQ box to get it to work again.

 

When it came back, it said the same thing then suddenly sorted itself out.

 

Working OK again (for now).

Got the issue now, 40 min queue time to talk to SKY, little point as they know they have an issue.

... and the same for me combined with Sky Movies being random channels. Boy George was definately not in 'Speak No Evil' along side Diane Keaton and Lulu which is showing on Ch. 302, 304 and 308 on my Sky Q. A.I. Artificial Intelligence is now a cartoon.

Not for a few months so it's not related to any recent update.

Problem has all of a sudden become a lot worse. Have had to reinsert the card three times in the past ten minutes after previously lasting an hour between blue screens.

Viewing card issue

my signal keeps going on and off, when it goes off it states cant read viewing card even though its inserted and signal keeps going on and off.  I have repaired the card and also turned the box off and on again to no help.

Whilst I do appreciate they are aware and working on it, it doesn't really help when there is no information to be had anywhere. Even a timeframe would help, and possibly stop everyone reporting the same thing over and over. Sky is completely unwatchable right now as everything goes off every minute or so, even the movies are not what the guide says they should be!  And it doesn't help when armchair engineers throw their own "solutions" out when it is most likely just a waiting game...

Getting same message. Intermittent issues all morning. Knowing sky it take them a while to sort the issue? Down to being software issues at there end.

Sky won't give any kind of timeframe for it being fixed. It's fixed when it's fixed I'm afraid.
