My upstairs mini box is overheating and now it won’t work. How do I get a replacement
The mini sky Q box upstairs keeps over heating, I've unplugged and rebooted everything but it's still saying no signal.
How do I go about getting and other and sending this one back please ?

i would recommend contacting customer services about this as they will be able to arrange a replacement should you need one
