My two sky boxs were changed 19 March. Today 27 March I still have no television reception.

My Sky boxes (2) were replaced on Wednesday 19 March. The engineer left saying the mini box was loading and would take an hour.

It never loaded. Sky help were no help. My Q box stopped working on Friday night and despite numerous calls to Sky, today 27 march I still have no television service. NONE, None !!

Sounds like you need to call Sky.

 

What's the issue with the main box?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Sky say the viewing card input by the engineer is not correct one. I have lost count of the number of calls, emails and assurances of manager call backs, but nothing has been forthcoming.  An engineer was booked for the mini box issue for late next week bu..t nothing on the card issue has been corrected
