My tv will not come on and I've restarted it several times I even unplugged the sky box but still nothing

@Selena2  It's not clear from your post if it's the TV or Sky Q box that isn't coming on?   If it's your actual TV not switching on there isn't very much Sky can do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
