My tv went off about 6pm and it says weak or no signal.I have tried turning box+tv off and on again,

I have checked aerial cable connection as instructed.Now the tv has switched itself off again!

@CaroleBrice  Weak or no signal is your TV looking for a freeview or freesat signal, you need to use the TV's remote to cycle through the inputs until you get to the HDMI your Sky Q box uses.

 

Please refer to the TV's user manual for help.
