@theresa0708  You've posted in the Sky Gklass forum, so do you have Sky Glass, you mention different TVs and then box?  

 

Which system do you have?  Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Q, Sky+HD?

Hi, didn't realise I posted in sky glass. Not got sky glass tv. Got a sky Qvox which could be faulty
