My tv has no sound

My sky Q has picture but no sound 

I think when a cleaner came today they may have pressed something on the control or behind the TV but I have checked the cables are secure. I have picture so that can't be it can it? It's just sound. There is no sound on any channel or any app

Please may I suggest you do a complete power down restart (i.e. unplug or switch off at the mains & then wait >30s before reapplying the power) of your TV
