My tv doesn’t work and my phone is ever ever so slow

The two issues may or may not be connected but we are customers here so to get any help you'll need to provide a lot more information. Stick to the TV issue on this thread although I presume you mean your Sky box isn't working rather than your TV, so how is it not working , are you seeing any error messages and what have you already tried?

I have just found your other post on the Sky+ board (now removed), so which do you have; Sky+ or Sky Q?

If you mean your home phone and it does not come over "copper" wires then if your Internet speed is down it could effect both. As a first thing check your Internet speed.
