My television turns on bty itself an hour after turning i off

At night I first turn off my television with the LG remote then I turn off with the Sky remote making sure the green light on the Q Box has turned a dim orange.  Three times now the televison has turned itself back on in the wee small hours.  I have tried turning it off simply by pressing the button on the Sky remote twice...but that didn't sort the problem.  I have tried simply turning off the television with the LG remote...but that hasn't worked.  It has been suggested that the signal from the Sky Q Box isn't marrying up with my LG televison.

Help please.
