My status says i have a strong satellite signal and i am connected to the network, yet i have no tv
I have a strong satellite signal and am connected to the network. But nothing is working! Help!

Hi @Sue63 What do you mean by "nothing is working"? Are you getting any error messages, is the box on and has your TV been changed to the correct input. You need to provide details if your fellow customers are going to try to help you. Have you tried a power reboot of the box?
