My sky tv package isn’t working right

I spoke to a sky advisor at the start of September to explain that my bill hadn't been paid as I had been a victim of fraud and was waiting on the bank giving me my money back.

the agent reassured me that my services would remain operational until the 28th of September.

Approximately 5 days after this conversation my services were suspended.

 

I paid my bill in full on the 27th of September. I have now received a sorry you are leaving email and my Netflix and apps are no longer available on my tv

 

i am so angry right now as the advisor had lied to me and has done something to cancel my package, even though my sky app shows all is active and working.

 

how do I fix this???
