My satellite dish is not working after it was moved during repointing. All was well for streaming for a couple of weeks on on demand and apps then suddenly the message in the title appeare. I've tried resetting. Resetting broadband, taking out viewing card and reactivation. None working. Any other wisdom please?

You need to switch off the main Q box entirely, so that portable Go client devices don't detect it on the network and try to use it to connect.
Main Q boxes cease to function entirely after a period without a satellite signal.

will it ever work again without the satellite until the engineer comes?
