Does anyone have any answers to what's going on with this?
We are still not getting any signal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't know what to say, I have been watching TNT Sport Ultimate via Discovery+ on my main Sky Q box since 11 AM and it hasn't missed a beat
Box is hard wired, I only get 55 Mbps and my daughter is watching Netflix on our Sky mini in another room. I pay BT.
I'm sorry others are having issues, but it's clearly inconsistent.

My mother in law is having the same problem no signal on TNT but everything else works fine, it's been like this since the weekend.
If she needs to get an engineer out it will be a nightmare because she lives in a block of flats with a shared dish.
Do I just hope it resolves itself?

Has she done a hard reboot by unplugging the box for at least 5 minutes yet?

I'm having this problem. Sky+ box . Call centre re did our card but no joy. I've tried aligning the dish (myself). Sky suggested I call TNT. Now I see on here that they should have known about it!!! If I can't sort it then I'm switching providers

As Sky no longer support Sky+ or Sky+HD boxes unless you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you could source an engineer elsewhere at your own expense or upgrade to Sky Q / Glass / Steam.

I am having the same problems now! Worked fine up until this week and the nothing, just keep getting the no satellite signal message, yet every other sky channel is working fine. I'm paying £30 a month for a blue screen!
