Good morning my sky replacement remote was posted on 28th August with a 3-5 day delivery. It has still not arrived and it's a struggle using sky without it

You'd better ring Sky and ask for another to be sent out. You can always purchase one from Amazon, Argos or many large supermarkets have them. Useful to have a spare!

If you have an iphone or iPad the SKY Go app has a vrtual remote to control the box - unfortunately the Android version of the app still doesn't have this facility
