You'd better ring Sky and ask for another to be sent out. You can always purchase one from Amazon, Argos or many large supermarkets have them. Useful to have a spare!
If you have an iphone or iPad the SKY Go app has a vrtual remote to control the box - unfortunately the Android version of the app still doesn't have this facility
