My sky q will not work on my new television

Message on new tv says about connecting sky q check the hdmi cable connection and setting of the mhmi sources. Does my sky q come with high speed cable or do i need to buy one or is there something i can do

@CazwalkerThe HDMI lead that comes with the Q box, the lead with the pink end, is certainly OK and you should not need a new one.

Have you used the Q box previously with a different TV, if so what resolution was it set to.
