My sky q remote has stopped working tried resetting but did not work

My EC 201 remote controller has stopped working. I have tried reset but not successful.

Even though it looks like you have done so, work through this Sky help article, for repairing your remote.

 

If that still does not resolve your issue, click on I need help on the last page of the Sky article, where you can order a rellacement remote control online.
