My sky q box says upgrade but that shouldnt do that

Hi I have tried all suggestion

 

The viewing card is in

The 0,0,1 reset

Turned it off and on again

Checked all cables

 

It just says I need to upgrade my subscription plus I checked my bill and that's paid too. Help
