My sky q box keeps losing wifi connection with my sky router

Broadband working fine but Sky Q box keeps losing connection. Been happening for months.  Spoke to an engineer on the phone worked for a bit then it keeps going again.Very frustrating as I need to press WPS button for ages which is painful on the thumb to reconnect with the sky q box. Had enough to be honest!! Been with Sky for 20 yrs plus and considering leaving!
