My sky q box isn’t working

My sky q remote works but sky itself is not coming on the Tv at all

Check the TV is turned on.  Ensure you've selected the correct HDMI input - try pressing the Sky button on the remote.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
