My sky q box has an amber light, it wont turn to green and the tv is not picking it up. Ive changed

My sky q box only had an Amber light. It won't turn on. I've changed batteries in controller and pressed the buttons on the front but nothing happens

Have you pressed the Amber Standby light on the right hand side @Gill+5 ?

 @hugh2 if it won't turn on with the remote have you tried pressing where the amber light is as that is a button as well then we will know if its a problem with the box or the remote
